Our Mindfulness class is designed to help young people slow down, tune in, and feel more balanced—both mentally and physically.

Through a mix of calming activities like gentle outdoor yoga, mindfulness exercises, and emotional awareness games, students learn how to:

  • Understand and manage their emotions
  • Reduce anxiety and stress
  • Improve focus and self-regulation
  • Build healthy coping strategies

Sessions are relaxed, inclusive, and run in small groups, ensuring each child receives individual support in a peaceful setting.
